Card and Envelope

The challenge this time around at The Paper Variety, is to create a card with a coordinating envelope. The Design Team were provided with stamps from Paper and Such to use for this challenge.

I chose the Basketful of Flowers.

Here is my card and envelope

Some close ups

I used some rusty metal corner brackets that I have had for a long time. You can get them at The Funkie Junkie's shop.

I pulled a few strands of string from a piece of burlap and dabbed it with distress inks.

I love this sentiment that is part of the stamp set.

This also qualifies for Frilly and Funkie  - Your Favorite Vintage Style challenge.

Thanks for stopping by!

Super piece of vintage work, Theresa! That bicycle image is really fabulous. Your color palette and patterns are spot on for vintage and I'm always thrilled to see how crafters are using the supplies from my shop - VERY nicely done!

We are thrilled that you joined in the fun with us this week at Frilly and Funkie for our opening challenge. We hope you will be a regular!

Hugs,
Linda
