Using old open stock papers, I created this layout based on Creative Scrappers sketch #203. I am also using this for a couple of challenges within the yahoo group Scrappin-N-Chattin. I cut the title and vehicles from Boys will be boys, and the stars I used for the banner from George and Basic Shapes.
