Crying!
My newish camera has malfunctioned! It is saying there is a "read error" and I can not download any pictures from it to my computer. I went to their web site to see if there was something on the topic...and there was....but when I followed the steps...nothing changed. I'm going to try to exchange it tomorrow....wish me luck!
