In November 2006, we welcomed Dax, our first grandchild. A healthy baby boy. What a blessing! I believe the Lord knew we needed each other. I needed him to help me to recover and he needed me to provide. Dax came to live with me permanently when he was 5 months old. He is now 19 months. My life now revolves around him.
Not that I am bragging or anything *smug look* but he has to be one of the cutest babies, if not the cutest! Just look...
He is such a happy go lucky lil guy. He makes me laugh everyday.

Keep blogging, I ma finding your life fascinating.
I just clicked on your blog from your e-mail to Tx Scrappin Chicks. You are a courageous and remarkable woman. I love your attitude fighting back from adversity. I was born with cataracts, had surgery to remove them as a child, nad have been blind without correctrion my entire life. With correction, I see fairly well, but I do understnad your plight! Scrapbooking and children are both good ways to pull yourself out of depression and be productive! Thanks for sharing!
